Why does Nudge ask for full calendar access?

Because its whole job is adding alerts to events you created somewhere else, such as the built-in Calendar app. Write-only access can create events but cannot see the ones already there, which would make the feature impossible. If you say no, Nudge still works: events you create inside Nudge get the full alert set as they are saved.

An event did not get all of my alerts.

Some events cannot take them all. An event that repeats every day cannot carry a reminder set a week ahead, and some accounts limit how many alerts one event may have. Nudge fits what it can, sends your most important reminders first, and lists what it dropped and why on the "Is Nudge working?" screen.

Nothing happens on my birthdays calendar.

The birthdays list iOS builds from your contacts is read-only, and no app can edit it. Nudge says so rather than pretending it worked.

How do I undo everything Nudge did?

Settings has a single button that removes every alert Nudge ever added, and it leaves anything you set yourself exactly as it was.

Alerts are not arriving at all.

Check that notifications are enabled for Nudge in the iOS Settings app, and open the "Is Nudge working?" screen, which lists every event Nudge has touched and every one it could not, with the reason.

I bought Plus but the extra features are not showing.

Open Settings and tap "Restore purchases." If it still does not appear, email us.
