Quick answers

A friend's link opened a web page, not the app.
That's expected. Tap Open in Heartprint on the page, and tap Open if your iPhone asks. If you haven't taken the test yet, take it first, then come back and tap the link again.
Why can't the link carry me straight through the install?
An iPhone can only pass a link through an App Store install with a server in the middle, and Heartprint deliberately has none. So after you install and take the test, tap your friend's link once more.
How do I open a QR code?
Point the Camera app at it and tap the link that appears.
The app says a link didn't work.
It was probably cut off when it was copied, or it came from a newer version of Heartprint. Ask your friend to send it again, and check for an app update.
What does a score of 70 mean?
Each score is a percentile: 70 means you scored higher than about 70 in 100 adults from a large published study who answered the same 50 questions.
Why is my moon or rising sign missing?
Your birthday gives your sun sign. The moon needs your birth time, and your rising sign needs the time and the place. If the moon changed signs on the day you were born, Heartprint shows both rather than guess.
Is the astrology part science?
No, and Heartprint says so. The test is the science; the stars are the playful part. Stars vs. Science sets the two side by side so you can see how often the sky gets you right.
Can I retake the test?
Yes. Open Settings and tap Retake the test. Your current result stays until you finish the new one. Friends keep the link you already sent, so send a fresh one if you want them to see the new you.
